My Story

Founder and Director Deborah O'Driscoll

I spent more than 20 years at the BBC as a senior journalist and television producer working alongside some of the UK's best-known presenters, producing live television and helping shape interviews behind the scenes.

As the voice in the presenter's ear during live broadcasts, I understand how journalists think, how interviews unfold, and what makes an effective communicator under pressure.

Since leaving the BBC, I have led communications teams and programmes within the NHS and the charity sector. That experience means I understand the realities organisations face today: limited budgets, growing expectations and the need to deliver meaningful engagement with limited resources.

Clarido Communications combines world-class broadcast expertise with real-world communications experience to deliver practical training that organisations can put into action immediately.

Great communication doesn't have to be time consuming and doesn't require expensive production—it requires confidence, authenticity and clear storytelling.

Our training is practical, supportive and tailored to each organisation's goals.

By empowering teams to create their own engaging video content and helping leaders perform confidently on camera, we enable organisations to communicate more often, more effectively and with greater impact.

Clarido Communications — helping organisations communicate with clarity, confidence and credibility.
